The BTech in VSLI curriculum provides a strong foundation in core electronics engineering, including electronic devices and circuits, signals and systems, digital electronics, and communication systems, while offering in-depth specialization in VLSI design and semiconductor technology. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
